Returns & Exchanges

As a reward for our hard work we want to receive your satisfaction.

All we require from you is to check carefully what is the content of the package you are accepting.  Please do not hesitate to open the box in the presence of the person that has delivered it.  Check out for broken parts before you sign the receipt. Even if everything seems fine, do not forget to require a copy of the receipt. On condition that you notice any obvious  damages on the products, they should be described on the bill of lading at the time of  delivery. Credit will not be issued without this information. All claims will be processed  through HamsterCagesource.com. In the event of damage or errors in shipping, please follow  the procedure below:

HamsterCagesource.Com must be notified of all problems within 7 days of the customer signing for the package. If the product is accepted in good condition, (you did not open it before the person who has delivered it or you did not notify the damages in the lading receipt)  customer assumes all responsibility for any damages.

In case of shortages, damages or wrong item shipped - the product must be reported within 30 days of invoice in order date-full credit to be issued.

Product reported as defective must have been purchased within the last 90 days to qualify  for credit. When possible, we will ship replacement parts instead of shipping a new product. Defective products will be replaced at no cost to customer.

You can return any product you want and we won't ask you about the reason on condition that the product is in his original packaging and in reasonable condition (clean without signs of  use) within 30 days of invoice to receive the full credit less the cost of shipping and less 25% restocking fee. In any other case if the product is returned not in resalable  condition (used or not in original packaging), it won't be eligible for credit. Refunds are issued once we have received the actual product back at our facility. Pay attention also that you must return the product from the same address where you have receive it.
