HamsterCagesource.Com utilizes both UPS and Fed-Ex as carriers and ships to all 50 states (continental USA).

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, to P.O. Boxes and to army and air force bases.

The carrier we choose depends upon your destination and the items in your order. Currently we do not ship internationally.

Products can be shipped regular ground (2 - 6 full business days), next day or second day air.  The shipping costs depends on the total weight of the products, the remoteness from our warehouse and on the shipping method selected. All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Orders which require next day air service must be received by us by 12pm CST (Central Standard Time). Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as shipping days.

Some Large Items require additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. Only ground service available for products over the weight of 25 lbs.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. After your product is packaged and send out from our warehouse you will also be provided  with the tracking number.

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our authorized distributors. The items on this site are updated daily with stock levels, but occasionally a product may be out of stock. If this should ever happen, we will email you immediately letting you know when that item should be expected.

Please Note: Many email services have put “Spam” filtering systems in order to protect you from emails that you don't want to receive. However, these same systems may inadvertently filter some important messages - including emails from HamsterCagesource.com. If your email settings are set to block unfamiliar email through a Spam filter you may not receive our information. Please check your Spam folder regularly! It is important for us to be able to contact you in case of a problem with the order.
